This family welcomed their third boy to the crew in September and he is just as cute as the older two! This mama is the sister-in-law of one of my other new (and amazing!) clients as of this year, so I knew this fam would be just as sweet. Dad is a high school soccer coach, so we were squeezing in the session before a day of games for him, and coincidentally, his birthday.
Is that just typical third-child-problems or what? This mom was trying to work around her kids’ activity schedules, her husband’s coaching schedules, and still keep the session soon enough after the baby was born that we would be able to get those sleepy shots. I feel for her! I think that was a benefit for me of having all of my kids so close together; even by the time the last one was born, we still weren’t quite at the point of having intense sports schedules yet. Although— this is also the dad in this case, so not much you can do about that! This mama has the patience level of a saint. She is #momgoals for sure!
Luckily, this little babe was super good during his session. He fell asleep quickly after I arrived and wrapped him up and stayed asleep right until the very end of the session. When I am taking pictures of the baby alone, I always bring along a heater and a white noise machine. On this day, the perfect light was by the back door and there was no close outlet, so I had to forego the heater. And this little guy STILL stayed asleep! I guess he was nice and cozy 🙂
PS— Can you tell the family is super into baseball?
